Please ensure property is well prepared for photography. For preparation check list click here. Additional time spent preparing property will incur additional charge
Cancellation Policy: There is no charge for appointment changes prior to day of shoot. For non-weather related changes or cancellations on day of shoot, half of the shoot price will be charged. For rescheduled shoots the fee will be refunded. A show up fee will be charged for shoots rescheduled due to property not ready to be shot upon arrival.
