Basic
The basic Real Estate Photography service includes interior and exterior photos of the property to show the functional areas, such as the living area, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms, and illustrate the general layout. This option is only recommended for lower end or unfurnished properties and includes very little, or no, post processing (editing).

Intermediate
The intermediate level service will capture more of the feel of the property. All of the functional areas will be covered, but extra effort will go into capturing those unique attributes to really grab the attention of your potential buyers. I will edit the images to not only ensure proper exposure and white balance, but also enhance the overall appearance, without making the property look fake or giving an unrealistic representation.

Premium
The Premium package includes all of the features of the intermediate level, as well as additional editing techniques to create stunning and crisp high definition photos that capture the best all-encompassing feel of your property. Multiple exposures are taken for each shot and blended together in post processing to bring out as much detail and texture as possible, while also ensuring proper exposure of both the interior and any outside views through windows in the photo. A normal image, exposed for only the interior environment, will show the windows "blown out" or over exposed eliminating an actual view of the exterior.

HDR
You can also choose the HDR (High Dynamic Range) effect to create more of a warm and cozy feeling in the photos. As with the Premium package, multiple photos are blended together in each shot for maximum detail, but the HDR effect gives the photos a different look and feel. The effect can be produced at your desired level, with the low end being more realistic and the extreme end having the feel of a painting.
